I am a friendly, 21 year old student from the University of Manchester in the UK. I will be completing a scientific research project at Tsinghua University for a year, as well as taking Chinese classes. I spent a year living in Gansu province before starting university, and grew to really love China. Although this introduced me to the China, I think that living in Beijing will offer a different experience, and I would really like to stay with a family who can teach me more about the city, culture and language, and hope I can offer something in return. I am an easy-going but tidy and responsible person to live with, and would be happy to eat anything that is offered!
